We are twin brothers, Justin and Brad Bone, and have been full-time real estate investing since 2015. No, we are not identical, and we have no idea why our hair is different colors. We are, however, great friends and business partners. Our families and kids keep us occupied when we aren’t focused on work. Along with our dad, we are also pistachio farmers in Western Kern County.
We are real, genuine house buyers in the Bakersfield market. When we make an offer on your house, rest assured, we fully intend to buy it ourselves and either fix it up and sell it, or add it to our rental portfolio.

Brad Bone, Principal
Brad manages the operations for PrimeBuyers. Brad has a background in Construction Management, graduating from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo in 2006. He then spent 2 years in San Diego working for a large commercial builder and then 6 years in the Central Valley working for a private contractor managing military construction projects throughout the Southwest. Brad lives in the Bakersfield, CA area and is married to Suzanne and has 2 young daughters.
Justin Bone, Principal
Justin manages the financials for PrimeBuyers. Justin has a background in Agriculture Business, graduating from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo in 2005. He has spent 10 years managing farm operations and financials on the family farm. Justin lives in the Bakersfield, CA area and is married to Layne and has two young sons.
